$35 Under 35

We offer same day rush seats to those under 35 years old. Limit 2 tickets per order and both recipients must have a valid ID proving they are under 35.

Notice: We are unable to offer retroactive discounts on tickets purchased online at regular or discounted prices.

$25 Side-Section Seats

Each performance offers a limited number of $25 side-section seats which are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. You may order them online, in-person, or by calling the box office at (617) 585-5678.

Notice: Seating at this price will be the best available in the side sections of the theater.

Student Tickets

Notice: High school (ages 14+), undergraduate, and graduate student tickets are $40 in side sections, if purchased in advance. Student same-day rush tickets, when available, are $20.

Youth Pricing

Youth tickets (ages 14 & under) are now available with purchase of regular tickets .

Senior Discounts

Senior citizens with a valid ID receive $10 off tickets when purchased at the box office or over the phone at (617) 585-5678. We are unable to offer retroactive discounts.

Initiatives and Association Discounts

Huntington Community Membership Initiative

In partnership with the Huntington Theatre Company, Lyric Stage Boston offers $20 tickets for Community Members to any available seat at any performance without restriction. Community Membership is free and available through partnerships with agencies and organizations that serve limited-income populations. Enrolled members receive a membership card and a code to use by calling the box office at (617) 585-5678. We are unable to offer retroactive discounts.

Massachusetts Teachers Association

MTA members receive $40 tickets when purchased at the box office or over the phone at 617-585-5678 for the 2026-2027 season. Limit (2) tickets per person. All tickets subject to availability and fees. Cannot be combined with other discounts or applied to previously purchased tickets. Discount valid during first (4) weeks of each production. Must show MTA ID.

American Federation of Teachers

AFT-Massachusetts members receive $40 tickets when purchased at the box office or over the phone at (617) 585-5678. Limited to four (4) tickets per performance. Everyone must have a valid ID from their academic institution. We are unable to offer retroactive discounts.

Active Duty Military and Veteran

Military personnel with a valid ID receive $10 off tickets when purchased at the box office or over the phone at (617) 585-5678. We are unable to offer retroactive discounts.

New England Center and Home for Veterans

Active members of this group receive free tickets by inquiring with the Clinical Care Coordinator Human Services of NECHV who help with their request.

The Mission of the New England Center and Home for Veterans (NECHV) is to equip Veterans who are facing or at-risk of homelessness with the tools for economic self-sufficiency and to provide them a path to achieve successful and dignified independent living.  www.nechv.org

Opening Doors to the Arts

Active members of this group receive free tickets by inquiring with the Director of the program who coordinates requests. Opening Doors to the Arts provide free and reduced priced tickets to those in the Mental Health community who may otherwise not be able to afford to purchase tickets on their own. https://openingdoorstothearts.org

Playwrights Welcome

Playwrights may request two tickets the day of the performance if there is ticket availability. A Dramatist Guild card must be presented when claiming tickets at the box office.

EBT card holders receive $5 tickets to any performance by using the first six digits of their EBT card number in person, or over the phone at (617) 585-5678.
