Covid-19 Policy

Our Covid-19 protocols are guided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the City of Boston.  These guidelines are fluid and may change based on updated guidance and applicable law. Ticket holders will receive an email with the latest expectations within 48 hours of your ticketed performance, and the latest policies will always be published on our website.

Audience members are strongly encouraged to wear masks in the theater. Mask wearing supports our unmasked performers in delivering their best performances safely and with comfort.

We are not implementing physical distancing inside the theater. However, our box office will be happy to help you select tickets which are farther away from others with options whether upon your arrival or when purchasing tickets.

The HVAC system was updated last fall with complete ventilation throughout the theater.

Concessions will be available in the lobby before the show and during intermission. There will be a limited menu of options and guests are required to remain in the lobby as they enjoy their snacks and beverages. There will be no food or drinks allowed inside the theater.

You can find nearby restaurant recommendations HERE.  A number of lunch and dinner options, including The Banks, Precinct, Flour, the Salty Pig, and The Friendly Toast, will be open for lunch and dinner service prior to or following your performance. Be sure to check individual restaurant websites for hours of operation.

What other questions do you have? Let us know HERE and we’ll include them in our next FAQ! If you have any unused credit, please contact our Box Office to donate it back to the theater as a tax-deductible donation or to request a refund.
