Can I take concessions into the theater?

Absolutely! Concessions are available for purchase at our concessions stand in the inner lobby. We ask that you open all items prior to the beginning of the performance or during intermission so as to minimize sounds and disruptions to everyone else. Please dispose of any trash following the performance.

I have a discount code – can I use it online?

Yes! If you have a special code for a discount, you will enter it on our online ticketing page AFTER you have added your tickets to your web shopping cart. On the “cart” page, simply scroll down until you see the “Coupon Code” field and enter your code and click “Apply Coupon.”

Can I take pictures of the performance?

The use of all cameras and recording devices, including cell phone cameras, is strictly prohibited.

Is it OK to check my phone in the theatre?

What if I’m late to the show?

If you arrive after the performance has already begun, you will be seated at the discretion of house staff in available seats at an appropriate point in the performance. You will be permitted to move to your seat at intermission, if possible.

Do you have a coat room? Where can I store my things?

We have coat racks available free of charge in the inner lobby of the theater next to the concessions stand. Other items can be stored in the box office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

The doors to the theater open approximately 30 minutes before the performance is scheduled to begin.

Do you have a lost and found?

Yes! Please contact the box office if you believe you have misplaced something in the theater.

Where’s the bathroom?
